Providing a safe space for our kids

The creche at BBC provides a safe and engaging environment for babies and young children to play whilst allowing their parents the opportunity to hear from God's word.

Creche has been such a blessing to our family. I get to listen to the sermon without distraction, knowing that my children are being looked after safely and responsibly.

Good to Know…

Who?
Babies through to children who are not yet kindy age.

When?
Creche operates as part of our Sunday Service. An announcement will be made shortly before the sermon, and parents will be advised that children’s activities are about to begin in the creche room.

Where?
There is a sign in the foyer to direct parents and children to the creche room, but in case you miss it, turn left as you exit the auditorium and follow the hallway to the first door on your right.

Sign in/out
Upon arrival, a creche leader will be available to assist you to sign your child in. Please note that parents/guardians are only able to sign out a child, we are unable to release a child into the care of a sibling.

What if my baby/child needs me?
We ask that all parents keep their phone visible and set to silent in case we need to contact you. We will send you an SMS advising if you are required, e.g. if your child will not settle, or if their nappy needs to be changed.

We value safety
Our team of parents alongside additional helpers are approved by church leadership, hold a current WWCC card, and are trained in line with safe church practices.

Meet our Creche Coordinator

Kathryn Holmes

Creche is a vital ministry of BBC as it allows the parents to focus during the sermon while their kids are being well cared for! It is a blessing to serve on this team and to get to know each other’s kids better who God has brought into the church
